<p>Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Shirley Werner Kornreich shot down the injunction on the grounds that the more than a year-long legal battle had prevented Kesha from fulfilling her obligation to record six album more albums with Lukasz Gottwald, who goes by Dr Luke.</p>
<p>The 28-year-old singer claims that Dr Luke sexually abused and assaulted her for years during their professional relationship. The preliminary injunction would have allowed Kesha Sebert to record music outside her contract</p>
<p>&#8220;You&#8217;re asking the court to decimate a contract that was heavily negotiated and typical for the industry,&#8221; Judge Kornreich told Kesha’s attorney Mark Garagos, according to the Hollywood Reporter.<br />

Protesters quickly gathered outside the courthouse in favor of Kesha, who openly sobbed as the judge read her decision.<br />
Dr Luke claims that Kesha fabricated the stories and denied the claims of sexual abuse.Judge Kornreich cited a lack of medical evidence to support the assault allegations: &#8220;I don&#8217;t understand why I have to take the extraordinary measure of granting an injunction,&#8221; she said, THR reports.<br />
In response Dr. Luke is suing Kesha&#8217;s mother Pebe Sebert, claiming she orchestrated a smear campaign of lies against him and tried to extort him in desperate attempts to get the singer out of her contract with him.<br />
According to the documents, which were obtained by TMZ, Luke claims the showbiz matriarch wanted Kesha to break her contract but because it was so tight, she then fuelled her anger over the deal and urged her daughter to spread false claims he raped her in order to &#8220;shame&#8221; him into letting her out of the agreement.<br />
When Luke refused to back down, he claims Pebe then made it clear they would continue making the allegations against him until he agreed to terminate the contract.</p>
