<p>At the end of the 3 day conference last week at the Hilton Hotel in Manchester, UK, in early May. The argument is understood to have happened late one night at the hotel bar. Two high ranking policewomen been among the last few guests still at the bar got into a loud disagreement over who had the “best boobs”.</p>

<p>It is not clear how the argument started, but a source said ACC Sutcliffe had been “comparing” breasts with Supt Jackson, while another source said there had been a “ding dong over allegations of false chests”.<br />
The row anonymously made it onto Twitter where a user wrote: “ACC Rebekah Sutcliffe suspended because of bust-up (or rather bust out!) with Supt Sarah Jackson at #SWIP16 social event.<br />
On twitter it was claimed that the pair had argued over “who&#8217;s got the best boobs” with another insider saying there was a concern in the force that “very senior GMP officers are getting drunk and making utter fools of themselves”.</p>

<p>Speaking from her home, ACC Sutcliffe said last night: “I&#8217;ve nothing to say. This is an incredibly stressful time.”<br />
A spokesperson for the force said: “A senior officer has been suspended following allegations of inappropriate behaviour. An investigation is under way and it would be inappropriate to make further comment.”<br />
Tony Lloyd, Greater Manchester&#8217;s Police and Crime Commissioner, added: “Any allegation of misconduct against a police officer must be investigated fully.“The Chief Constable has taken appropriate action to allow the investigation to be carried out, and it would not be proper for me to comment further until it is completed.”</p>
