<p>A South Carolinian construction worker was fatally shot after he asked for the $20 he was promised for helping a pair of murderous teens haul their SUV out of a ditch, police said.<br />
Deon Frasier, 17, and Michael Dupree-Tyler, 19, were denied bond in court Tuesday evening after they were arrested for robbing and killing 45-year-old Chadwick Garrett in North Charleston. Garrett&#8217;s devastated family members attended the arraignment for the vicious teens and could be heard calling them &#8220;cowards.&#8221;<br />
Garrett had agreed to help the heartless duo pull their 2016 Dodge Durango out of a ditch around 11 pm, Monday. But when Garrett asked for his compensation, Frasier pulled out a gun and blasted Garrett several times in the chest, leaving him to die in a pool of his own blood, according to the police.<a href="http://31a68e3j0225gm0eqhpgugus8y.hop.clickbank.net/" target="_top">Click Here!</a></p>

<p>Frasier and Dupree-Tyler then jumped into the SUV and fled the scene, according to police. Police initially suspected Frasier and Dupree-Tyler tried to rob Garrett but NCPD spokesman Spencer Pryor said the teens didn&#8217;t get away with anything and shot Garrett after refusing to compensate him.</p>

<p>Roughly 20 minutes later, police said they received a 911 call from an unidentified woman saying her car was being used without her permission. The woman accurately described the SUV used to flee the scene of the murder as well as the two suspects driving it, police said.<br />
Officers rushed to the woman&#8217;s apartment where she told authorities Frasier and Dupree-Tyler were inside. Authorities said there was a brief standoff, but both teens eventually surrendered without incident. Frasier kater confessed to shooting Garrett while Dupree-Tyler admitted he was on the scene of the ghastly murder.<br />

&#8220;It&#8217;s definitely a very sad thing that happened,&#8221; Codell said. &#8220;He was a hard worker, pleasant to be around, always had a positive attitude.&#8221; He added that the firm is setting up a donation fund to help the bereavedtt family cover funeral costs.<br />
Court records show Frasier was free on $10,000 bail for possession of a stolen vehicle. Frasier was arrested May 31 for possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance, and the possession of a stolen vehicle.</p>

His partner in crime, Dupree-Tyler, has eight prior bookings dating to July 2014. He pleaded guilty July 19 to possession of a non-narcotic controlled substance, according to court records. Sheriff’s records show bookings for arrests on suspicion of possession of marijuana and crack cocaine in 2014; trespassing and second-degree burglary in 2015; and trespassing and breach of peace in June 2016. Garrett worked for Trojan Labor, a temporary staffing service offering skilled and unskilled labor, since 2013. His father, Moses Garrett, spoke at the bond hearing with several family memberson hand for support. “It’s so sad; these young babies here, they’re getting more and more terrible out there on the streets,” he said.<br />
“You guys killed a man. Only cowards carry guns.”<br />
Dupree-Tyler briefly updraided the Garrett family before being cut off by the judge. Frasier, whose hearing was after his co-defendant’s, tried to respond but was not permitted to speak.<br />
“With all due respect to the family, they coming at me the wrong way because I haven’t murdered anyone,” Dupree-Tyler said.<br />
Garrett said he took pity on the teens because of their age.<br />
“I don’t think it was so much (a) robbery as it was hatred of your own brother,” he said, adding that he wished he could have had a better father.</p>
