</a></strong>The City Attorney announced that Elliott and his attorneys fully cooperated with the investigation. In response to the charges, Elliot told police that the woman told him, &#8220;I am going to ruin your career, you have messed with the wrong person!&#8221;</p>

<p>Prosecutors released a bunch of photos showing bruises on the woman, which she claimed Elliott inflicted. The City Attorney Office says it tried to determine the source of the injuries.<br />
They&#8217;re not saying it, but it appears prosecutors couldn&#8217;t find enough evidence to pin it on Elliott. According to docs, Elliott told police the bruises were from a fight she&#8217;d had with someone else at a nightclub.<br />
Elliott has always maintained the woman was NOT a girlfriend &#8230; just someone with whom he had a &#8220;sexual relationship.&#8221;</p>

<p>The 20-year-old female accuser filed a report with the Columbus police department in Ohio saying she was assaulted by Elliott, who she claimed was her former live-in boyfriend, while she was sitting in the driver&#8217;s seat of her parked vehicle. She told responding officers she had pain in her wrist and a red mark, but declined medical treatment. She also claimed and had been physical with her earlier that week.<br />

<p>Contacted, Elliott denied striking the woman and said he never lived with the woman<br />
Four witnesses told police they did not see Elliott strike the woman leading the cops to say there was not enough evidence to make an arrest, although an investigation was opened. The complainant was advised to contact the prosecutor&#8217;s office if she felt like pressing charges.<br />
In the report, cops listed the accused as Ezekiel Elliot, at 6&#8217;0&#8243;, 225 lbs. with occupation running back for Dallas Cowboys. The the accuser was listed as a 20-year-old, 5&#8217;5&#8243;, 120 lbs woman. Her occupation was listed as &#8220;sex slave.&#8221;</p>

<p>Subsequently, the accuser made statements claiming Elliott &#8220;struck her several times leaving bruises on her arms&#8221; during incidents that took place between July 16th and July 20th. She then posted pictures of the alleged injuries on social media.<br />
In response, Elliott has adamantly denied striking the woman, and tweeted, &#8220;Evil NEVER prevails.&#8221;<br />
Insisting he &#8220;never touched [her] in a harmful manner&#8221; and that her bruises came from the fact that she had been involved in a bar fight. Elliott also stated that he never lived with the accuser but did pay her rent and co-signed on her vehicle.</p>
