for a high school sponsored dance and sexually harassed female students by lifting up the skirt and making lewd gestures&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Shaynak&comma; 46&comma; cut a plea deal with the Brooklyn district attorney&&num;8217&semi;s office last December and is currently serving a five-year jail term&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;He was not sued personally by the teens&comma;
