On October 31, the woman was driving down Kings Highway/Route 3 in Fredricksburg, between 2.45 and 3.15am, when Roberto Carlos Flores Sibrian, an illegal immigrant of no fixed address, struck her car, forcing her off the road.</p>

After the crash, he allegedly pulled the young woman out of the car, dragged her to a ditch and sexually assaulted her for two hours, police said.<br />
Following the assault, Sibrian fled the scene leaving behind his shirt and the victim called 911 for help.<br />
