Two men and two women, ages 18 to 28 livestreamed vile, brutal torture of a special-needs teen male on Facebook as he was bound and gagged in Chicago on Tuesday

The four individuals, who are black, allegedly held an 18-year-old special-needs man hostage and tortured him. Cops said the victim was acquainted with one of the suspects from school.

The victim reportedly, went to visit a friend and ended up in a stolen vehicle, which brought him to the Chicago apt where the gang attack him

Two teen males and two adult women – Jordan Hill, 18, Tesfaye Cooper, 18, Brittany Covington, 28, and Tanishia Covington, 24,  arrested and charged in connection with the attack.

All four Chicagoans, facing charges of aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Hill faces more charges of robbery, residential burglary and possession of a stolen vehicle

Tesfaye Cooper and Brittany Covington also charged with residential burglary

Police in Chicago have arrested 4 people in connection with the brutal torture of a special-needs man that was livestreamed on Facebook as he was bound and gagged.
In the video, several people in an apartment look on, laughing and eating, during the Tuesday attack. The victim, who was viciously beaten, had been kidnapped, news station WBBM reported.

The Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office has charged Jordan Hill, 18, Tesfaye Cooper, 18, Brittany Covington, 28, and Tanishia Covington, 24, all of Chicago with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Hill faces additional charges of robbery, residential burglary and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
Tesfaye Cooper and Brittany Covington are also charged with residential burglary.

One of the women broadcast the beating and racial taunting of a man on Facebook.

“F–k Donald Trump, n—a, f–k white people!” one of the suspects can be heard telling the man in the video, which was livestreaming for roughly 30 minutes.
“I should knock your a– the f–k out right now,” he says. “Stand up, boy!”
“My sister said this is not funny, y’all,” says the girl behind the camera, who can be seen puffing on a cigar and laughing as the mayhem unfolds.
“S–t, it’s funny to me,” one of the suspects replies. “Tell Donald Trump it’s not funny.”

The narrator was urging the kidnap victim to say race baiting messages

Commenting on the man’s wounds, one person can be heard saying, “Your s–t is leaking.”
Another tells the man, “Kiss the floor, b—h!” and “Nobody can help you anymore.”
The members of the gang can also be heard repeatedly saying the word “gang”.
Later in the video, someone urges the man to say, “I love black people.”
No charges have been filed yet against the suspects who are being questioned by police .
The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, reportedly, is a Chicago resident living in the northwest suburb of Crystal Lake. The special needs man had been reported missing by his parents on Monday, because they had not heard from him since dropping him off at a McDonald’s in the Chicago suburb of Streamwood, Saturday.
He reportedly went to visit a friend and ended up in a stolen vehicle, which brought him to the Chicago apartment where the attack occurred.
Cops said that after reporting their son missing, his parents began getting text messages from someone “claiming to be holding him captive.”
Officers investigating the texts “discovered a Facebook video depicting (the man) being verbally and physically abused.”
Cops said they had found him walking on a street on the West Side wearing shorts, and that he appeared disoriented.

At some point the victim’s scalp was attacked with a knife

On Tuesday Chicago officers responded to a battery call at a residence in the area where the victim had been found. There were signs of a struggle and property damage, police said.
After viewing the Facebook video, they determined the victim was the man found on the street — and the people arrested were involved, police said.
Police said the victim might have been with the suspects for at least 24 hours.
“The video is reprehensible,” said Chicago police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi.
Police have not identified the person who made the call.
The identities of the victim and suspects have not been released. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, but has since been discharged.
