Scully’s alleged part in the crimes has led to calls for the death penalty to be reinstated by the Filipino authorities. Predators online would be given access to live stream footage of the abuse if they paid $10,000 [£8,000] per view.

In the “Destruction of Daisy” the one-year-old is hung upside down and abused with wax from a flaming candle and hit with a belt. The videos believed to have been uploaded by Margallo and Scully sparked a global manhunt led by Interpol.
Margallo is allegedly, is the woman carrying out the torture in the video which cops described as the “worst” they have ever seen. She is being accused for her part in the abuse of at least nine children, including a 12-year-old whose body was discovered in her and Scully’s apartment in Surigao City, Philippines.
