Moshe Friedman admitted to violating a little boy multiple times over a prolonged period but received only three years probation at sentencing

The Former Brooklyn math tutor busted three years ago for sexually assaulting a 6-year-old student received a sweetheart sentencing Wednesday of just three years’ probation, with no attached jail time or the need to register as a sex offender.
Moshe Friedman, 31, admitted in December to violating a little boy multiple times between September 2014 and June 2014 when he was supposed to be helping him with his homework.
According to a redacted report obtained by protectjewishkids, Freidman inflicted severe physical and emotional trauma his 6 year-old victim.
Emphasizing what seemed like a deliberate effort to whitewash the case by authorities, the website noted that  while the child sex abuse case of the Orthodox Jewish math tutor was being tried as a criminal case in Brooklyn, public access to the records were difficult to come by.
Incidentally even after Moshe Friedman was arrested on child sex abuse charges, his name rarely showed up on any blog, website or media report. The rare times when the case got mention, it was short on specifics.
The redacted copy of Friedman’s arrest report stated that Friedman sodomized a young boy with a banana, bit the boy’s penis, beat him and shoved rags into the boy’s mouth. He then put a gun to the boy’s head, threatening to kill him and his family if he told anyone what happened.

The report also noted that horrendous abuse the perv inflicted on his victim occurred multiple times per month and over the course of a year and a half.
Friedman was originally charged with first-degree felony sexual conduct against a child, but struck a plea deal that saw him only pleading guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor hugely differing in its penal repercussions from the original felony child predator charge.
The plea deal has angered child advocates who are perplexed by the creamy soft landing and consideration this particular pervert has been singularly received.
Nathan Rosenberg, an advocate against child sex abuse, told the Daily News after hearing of the deal: “The children in Brooklyn, especially Jewish children, are suffering very bad,”  said Rosenberg  who was attacked with Clorox bleach in 2012 after revealing information about sex offenders within the Orthodox Jewish community.
However, according law enforcement sources insist this was the best deal on the table because: “The victim’s family were adamant about not allowing their child to testify and they approved of the plea.”
More galling for the child care advocates regarding the plea deal was the fact that Friedman’s defense team led by Arthur Aidala, was allowed to inserted several conditions into the plea bargain, including not having to register as a sex offender.
Commenting on the anonymity granted the defendant, “Not even being registered as a sex offender is a shame!” said Rosenberg.
“I cannot forgive these people for what they’ve done to our children. This killed my day,” said Rosenberg.
Eric Aiken an advocate for Orthodox victims of child sexual abuse, last year, accused the Brooklyn DA of being complicit in shielding the identity Orthodox Jewish offenders.
According to Aiken said “New York’s public registry is able to include the pictures and conviction records of 24,000 sex offenders without violating any law, identifying a single victim or violating the rights of anyone,” Aiken said.
“But for the Orthodox men that I want to know about, the Brooklyn D.A. and NYPD is adamant that every single one of them must be shielded from public view.”
According to the terms of his plea agreement, Friedman must serve three years probation, surrender his Department of Education teaching license, never contact the victim or be around anyone under the age of 18, not speak to other sex offenders. He is prohibited from watching pornography, calling into phone sex services and must not view material sexual content online.
After he was told that the violation of any or all of the terms of his agreement, will cause him to serve one year in jail, Friedman thanked Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Miriam Cyrulnik .
“Thank you, your honor,” Friedman said
