<p class="mol-para-with-font">An adopted son of former Penn State assistant football coach and convicted child molester <a href="https://konniemoments.com/2016/05/06/penn-state-jerry-sandusky-sex-abuse-scandal-legendary-coach-paterno-knew-all-along-sandusky-was-serially-abusing-little-boys/">Jerry Sandusky </a>was arrested Monday on sex-related counts involving a minor.<br />
Jeffrey Sandusky, the 41-year-old son of Jerry Sandusky, has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a child.<br />
The younger Sandusky was arraigned on charges on Monday afternoon in Belleftone, Pennsylvania. He is charged with 14 counts, including criminal solicitation and corruption of minors, bail was set at $200,000. He&#8217;s currently in the Centre County Correctional Facility.</p>

He also faces a misdemeanour&#8217;s count of corruption of minors.</div>

</a>Pennsylvania State Police began investigating him in November after a child claimed to have received text messages from Sandusky, including some asking for naked photographs.<br />
The suspect was dating the child&#8217;s mother at the time.<br />

Jerry Sandusky is serving a 30- to 60-year sentence in Greene State Prison on a 45-count conviction.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">He is currently pursuing an appeal in county court near Penn State College.<br />
In November, the judge handling that appeal, Judge John Cleland.<br />
Cleland who was also the trial judge, recused himself from the case after Jerry Sandusky&#8217;s attorneys raised objections to his role in a December 2011 meeting in a hotel the night before their client waived a preliminary hearing.<br />
The state court system is working on appointing a new judge, but that decision has not been made. Cleland had issued a terse order including a footnote dismissing the 34 issues raised by Sandusky being without merit.</p>
