<p class="paragraph">Two male students from a Maryland high school were arrested and charged with raping a female student during school hours.<br />
<a href="http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2017/03/17/2-md-high-school-students-charged-with-rape-of-girl-at-school/">CBS Baltimore reported</a> that Jose O. Montano and Henry E. Sanchez, students at Rockville High School, were arrested on school property after the victim told school officials Thursday that she had been sexually assaulted.<br />
According to the Montgomery County Police, a 14-year-old female student reported that around 9 a.m. she was walking in the school&#8217;s hallway when she ran into Jose O. Montano, 17 and his 18-year-old pal Henry E. Sanchez.<br />
Sanchez, and Montano approached a 14-year-old girl in a hallway during school hours and asked her to walk with them.<br />
Montano allegedly, asked her for sex, and after she refused.</p>

<p>When she denied, the boys forced her into a stall in the boy&#8217;s bathroom. Montana asked her again to have sex and when she refused a second time, she claims the teen boys forced her into a boy&#8217;s bathroom where they both raped her and sodomized her, police said.<br />
The victim reported the rape to school staff, which contacted police.<br />
Montano and Sanchez were charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree The Montgomery County State&#8217;s Attorney&#8217;s Office sees the potential for pursuing capital punishment in the case against the suspects: &#8220;These are very serious allegations carrying a life sentence,&#8221; a spokesman for the DA&#8217;s office <a href="http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Girl-Raped-in-Maryland-High-School-Bathroom-416442053.html">told NBC 4</a>.<br />
