<p>A Brooklyn judge threw a young mother in jail for violating a sweetheart plea deal for <a href="http://konniemoments.com/2016/06/14/brooklyn-stripper-leila-aquino-went-out-partying-leaving-daughter-2-unattended-in-apartment-little-kaleenah-died-in-a-fire-which-started-in-the-apartment-shes-charged-with-reckless-endangerment/">abandoning her daughter who died in a fire </a>while she went to work at a Queens strip club.<br />
Last month, Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Deborah Dowling learned Leila Aquino was arrested for <a href="http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/nyc-crime/stripper-avoided-jail-baby-died-faces-4-years-article-1.2996736">repeatedly punching someone in the face</a> with her fist and a knife sharpener.<br />
The judge warned Aquino that if a grand jury returned an indictment for the felony assault, she could go to Rikers Island pending the sentencing for the criminally negligent homicide charges related to the death of her 2-year-old daughter Kaleenah Muldrow on Feb. 23, 2016.</p>

<p>Prosecutors informed the judge that Aquino was indicted for the assault case. The judge remanded her without bail on Tuesday until her sentencing for the underlying case.<br />
At her next court appearance scheduled for May 3, the judge will determine on whether Aquino will receive probation or up to four years in prison for the death of her daughter.<br />
If convicted, Aquino faces up to seven years for the assault case.</p>
