Manuel Reyes&comma; submitted a sworn affidavit saying that a woman named &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Donna” approached him and Sparber asking for a &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;bump of cocaine&comma;” which he didn’t give her&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;At some point near the corner of 48th and 10th Ave&period;&comma; admits he did not see what happened inside the store&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Sparber was arrested on June 6&comma; 2016&comma; about a month after the incident&period; The seemingly flustered when parolee told cops&colon; this week&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;On Feb&period;&comma; 10 In 2001 Daniel  Sparber&comma; 27&comma;  left 19-year-old Jessica needing about 300 stitches because of his unhinged razor blade attack when she rejected his repeated invitation to dance in the second-floor lounge of a Manhattan dance club&period; He also nearly severed her boyfriend’s right ear&period; The victim was out on a date celebrating her birthday at the nightclub&period; Eric Garcia&comma; 21&comma;  himself needed 100 stitches to re-attach his almost severed ear as he came to the rescue of his girlfriend during the assault&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Joseph Bondy&comma; Sparber’s attorney has suggested the jury might hear Sparber’s tables-turned theory&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;The evidence supports that defense because it’s the truth&comma;” Bondy said&period; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;The truth of the matter is he was the victim of a crime&period; He didn’t intentionally rob or assault anybody&period;”<br &sol;>&NewLine;Sparber is facing another 15 years behind bars on the robbery account&period;
