<p class="mol-para-with-font">Police have arrested a suspect who they believe bludgeoned with a bat and stabbed to death a 20-year-old man who had taken part in a threesome with his girlfriend in Brooklyn.<br />
Christopher Membreno, 24, was apprehended on Monday night and charged with murder in the killing of 20-year-old Manos Ikonomidis just hours earlier.<br />
Ikonomidis was discovered unresponsive and bleeding in the lobby of a building in the 300 block of 16th Street in Park Slope after sustaining at least five stab wounds to his chest and back.<span class="mol-style-bold"> </span><br />
Investigators say Ikonomidis and his friend Jack Doherty, 21, had a consensual sexual encounter with Membreno&#8217;s girlfriend inside Doherty&#8217;s apartment on 16th Street in early Monday morning.<br />

<p class="mol-para-with-font">The three person group sex session reportedly ended on a sour note after one of the men started filming the ménage a trois, which made the female participant upset. Leaving Ikonomidis alone in the apartment, Doherty then drove the woman home to her Staten Island home.<br />
The woman later called her boyfriend, Membreno, claiming she had been raped.<br />
Around that time, the victim’s girlfriend, who was not involved in the orgy, got a message on Instagram from Membreno&#8217;s girlfriend that reportedly read: &#8216;your boyfriend f***ed up and will be taken care of&#8217;<br />
Surveillance video from the area captured two white men and a black men running after Ikonomidis as he tried to escape from the building.<br />
The victim was rushed to Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead about 30 minutes later.</p>

The 20-year-old reportedly was mumbling something incoherent before he collapsed.<br />
Moments earlier, the mortally wounded man knocked on a door begging for help, with blood gushing from his wounds. Another witness from the apartment where ha had knocked said Ikonomidis apologized profusely before falling to the floor. Neighbor said they heard the sounds of partying coming from the back of the building at around 2.30am.<br />
Membreno was taken into police custody shortly before 1am Tuesday on charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon.<br />
The 24-year-old suspect&#8217;s criminal record included two arrests from 2011, one of them on a charge of criminal mischief. Doherty is not facing any charges.</p>
