Blac Chyna is reportedly eyeing legal action against ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian after he posted her naked photos on Twitter and Instagram.
“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” attorney Walter Mosley said in a statement to People.
Rob Kardashian began the social media meltdown Wednesday morning by posting naked photos on Instagram that he claimed were of Chyna.
“This is from Chyna yesterday to me,” he captioned one of the photos.
“I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”

He also accused Chyna of cheating on him in a later outburst in which he claimed she had an affair in his own bed.
“My bed that my child lays in and she gave the robes I got to all her dudes in my house that I pay for,” he wrote. “Lol smh.”
Instagram blocked Kardashian’s account after several hours.
Rob Kardashian posted a series of nude photos apparently featuring his ex-fiancée, Blac Chyna, and accused her of cheating on him repeatedly during a vengeful Wednesday morning social-media meltdown.
Kardashian — who has an infant daughter, Dream, with Chyna — seemingly tried to get back at his former flame by uploading photos allegedly featuring her bare breasts, vagina and butt.
“This is from Chyna yesterday to me,” Kardashian captioned one of the lurid shots. “I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care.”
In a series of additional posts, Kardashian claimed Chyna hooked up with another man shortly after sending him one of the nude photos.

Kardashian also claimed to have paid for surgeries that Chyna underwent to get her pre-baby body back shortly after giving birth, and repeatedly shared a video of Chyna making out with another man.
Chyna eventually retorted on Snapchat by accusing Kardashian of beating her, and promising that the “light will come to light.”

Kardashian moved to Twitter after being blocked on Instagram and re-posted the same photos, but those too were removed.
“At Instagram we value maintaining a safe and supportive space for our community and we work to remove reported content that violates our guidelines,” a spokesperson said in a statement.

Currently, attorneys for reality star Blac Chyna are investigating what legal actions can be taken against her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian after he posted numerous explicit photos allegedly of her nude lady parts on social media, Wednesday.
“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” said her lawyer Walter Mosley in a statement to PEOPLE on Wednesday evening.
Early Wednesday morning, Kardashian, 30, took to Instagram to blast his ex Chyna, 29, in a series of extremely graphic and expletive-ridden posts, which have since been taken down.
Chyna responded to the onslaught of messages in a since-deleted Snapchat post, alleging that Kardashian was physically abusive in their relationship.
In another post, Kardashian shared a screenshot of an alleged text conversation between himself and the male figure in the video he posted, claiming “the dude Chyna got caught cheating on me with.”
Sounding somewhat unhinged, 30-year-old Rob Kardashian went on to allege Chyna uses drugs and posted two more explicit nude photos, which have since been taken down.
In one highly graphic post, Kardashian shared a screenshot of an alleged text conversation between himself and Chyna, which included an alleged photo of Chyna’s exposed genital area.

commenting on the raging bad blood between the parties, a source close to Chyna revealed that in addition to posting the explicit photos on his Twitter feed and Instagram account, Kardashian has “sent people over to [Chyna’s] house to pick up things that don’t even exist,” the source said, adding.
“There needs to be boundaries set as it’s currently getting out of hand,” says the source.
Even more worrying a second source said is the fact that Chyna has “had to have a new phone number every month and constantly has to change her number. While everyone is writing stories and thinking it’s fun gossip, it’s actually dangerous.”
People Magazine quote legal expert, Carrie Goldberg, on the possible liabilities of Kardashian’s foray into revenge porn. Goldberg, attorney and founder of Internet abuse and sexual consent firm C. A. Goldberg, PLLC mentions that Kardashian could be subject to criminal charges for posting the explicit photos of his ex-fiancée:
“This is sort of the classic, quintessential revenge porn,” said Goldberg.
“Rob has made the work of a prosecutor or a victim’s attorney quite easy so far as to even post about the very motive behind his outrageous act of posting these private and nude photos of his ex, ” Concluding that “the allegation of infidelity does not give someone the right to seek revenge in such a devastating way.”
