<article id="ra-body">A Florida family was arrested after police uncovered a $1 million marijuana operation powered by more than $21,000 in stolen electricity.</p>

<p>The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office raided four addresses, three of which had been turned into pot farms run by a couple and their adult son in northwest Tampa.<br />
Maritza Rodon, 60, Ramon Fernandez-Fernandez, 66, and Ariel Fernandez, 41, were charged Wednesday with several marijuana-related counts along with grand theft of electricity.<br />
Police said they hooked up illegal power connections to the three marijuana facilities, stealing a total $21,402.70 in electricity.</p>

<p>The illegal power sources fueled their pot farms, which police said had a street value of more than $1 million, cops said. Cops also found a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.<br />
