<p class="mol-para-with-font">Christopher Barker, the &#8216;imperial wizard&#8217; of the Loyal White Knights branch in North Carolina, had agreed to be interviewed by a &#8216;woman of color&#8217; for the TV network.<br />
But he became increasingly aggressive during his interview with Ilia Calderón, a black Colombian news anchor, threatening to &#8216;burn&#8217; her and informing her she was the first black person to step foot on his property in decades.<br />
He also called her a number of foul racial slurs, including branding her a n****r, and told her to go back to her country.</p>

When the news anchor asked him if he was going to chase her out, he responded: &#8216;No, we&#8217;re going to burn you out.&#8217;<br />
&#8216;You&#8217;re telling me you&#8217;re going to burn me?&#8217; she asked.<br />
&#8216;Yeah, you&#8217;re sitting on my property now,&#8217; Barker responded</p>

<p>Calderon again challenged him, how he proposed to chase or &#8216;burn&#8217; out the 11 million unauthorized immigrants in the US.</p>

Calderon admits she was shocked, and feared for her safety during the interview but had wanted to do it to prove to her Latin viewers that these extremist, racist groups were still alive and well.<br />
&#8216;I represent the things that they hate: I am black, I am Hispanic, I am an immigrant,&#8217; she said. Calderon is Colombian and a US citizen, and is married to a Korean American.<br />
But she refused to be cowed by Barker during the interview, which aired on<a class="" href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC32TdiIsh_5X8tKr_9rKQyA" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"> Univision </a>on Sunday, telling him her &#8216;skin color doesn&#8217;t define me.&#8217;</p>
