<p>The the 53-year-old wife of a Trump ethics lawyer has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a young inmate in a car, in a parking lot.<br />
Teresa Burchfield, wife of long time Republican lawyer Bobby Burchfield, was taken into custody on Tuesday outside the Adult Detention Center in Fauquier County, Va.<br />
A criminal complaint says that she and a 23-year-old inmate were having sex when they were caught in the backseat by a deputy, according to the <a href="http://www.fauquier.com/news/court-records-wife-of-trump-org-ethics-attorney-arrested-after/article_04083c9a-930a-11e7-8f7f-43944bf28329.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fauquier Times</a>.</p>

<p>The unidentified inmate, on “trustee status” and allowed to do work outside his center, had allegedly been meeting with Burchfield for a month, the report says.<br />
Fauquier County Sheriff Robert Mosier said in a release that the inmate was found with &#8220;unauthorized&#8221; cigarettes, clothes and over-the-counter vitamins from Burchfield.<br />
She is currently charged with misdemeanor unauthorized delivery to a jail. She left jail on $5,000 bond and has a hearing date scheduled for Friday, according to court records.</p>

<p>Sgt. James Hartman said the inmate is not expected to face charges for his alleged parking lot hanky-panky, but had been removed from trustee status.<br />
A webpage for the &#8220;Migraine Awareness Group: a National Understanding for Migraines&#8221; group lists her as a founder and says she has worked with homeland security technology.<br />
Bobby Burchfield is a longtime Republican lawyer who is listed as chairman for Crossroads GPS, an advocacy group connected to the Bush administration&#8217;s Karl Rove.<br />
He was brought on by the Trump Organization in January to advise against conflict of interest after the President put control of his business with his sons.</p>
