<p>copped to attempted petit larceny for forging the name of 68-year-old ex-lover Paul Nippes, on a lease and was sentenced to 90 days in jail in Manhattan Supreme Court.<br />
As part of the agreement, she didn’t have to admit to extorting $400,000 from the disgraced politician by threatening to go public with their affair.<br />
Instead, Svetlana &#8216;Z&#8217; copped to signing the name of Manhattan toy store owner Nippes on a Midtown apartment lease in 2014 in a deal that covers the Spitzer case.<br />
“You attempted to steal money from someone named Paul Nippes for rent owed by you for an apartment on East 37 Street?” asked Justice Charles Solomon.<br />
“Yes,” she replied through a Russian interpreter.<br />
The judge handed down the sentence, which she has already served, and the Russian super escort is expected to be released from corrections Monday.</p>

<p>The super generous plea deal comes courtesy of the Bronx District Attorney&#8217;s office, who prosecuted the case after the Manhattan DA’s office recused itself, because neither Spitzer nor Nippes wanted to testify at a public trial about their private sex lives.</p>

<p>In court papers, Zakharova<strong> </strong>claimed that Spitzer became irate when she showed up at the hotel and refused to have sex with him.<br />
Spitzer allegedly shouted, “What am I paying you for?” and dragged her from the bathroom to the bed, where he kicked her luggage at her, the filing states.<br />
Then he pulled out a stack of $100 bills and ripped each one in half as he yelled, “You’re a Russian whore,” the papers say.<br />
After the willowy stunner called cops, Spitzer allegedly pressured her not cooperate with police and later drove her to the airport.</p>
