<p>All four members of the death metal band Decapitated have been formally charged with raping a fan.<br />
The members of the Polish band – Michal Lysejko, 31, Waclaw Kieltyka, 35, Rafal Piotrowski, 31, and Hubert Wiecek, 30, were arrested in Santa Ana for first-degree kidnapping charges on October 7,, after performing in the SoCal area.<br />
were arrested on September 9, accused of first degree kidnapping and gang-raping a fan on their tour bus in Spokane, Washington.<br />
Since then, they have been extradited to Spokane.<br />
Now, the four members have been formally charged with rape after being extradited to Spokane.</p>

<p>The victim and her friend said they were invited for drinks on the bus, she was then trapped in a bathroom as each band member took turns raping her while her friend watched.<br />
The woman was later taken to a hospital, and court documents said she had injuries consistent with being restrained.</p>

Last month, their lawyer Steve Graham told the Spokane Review: ‘Decapitated plan to fully fight the allegations that are brought against them, and we are fully confident that the other side of this story will be heard.’<br />
He previously claimed that they have witnesses to testify that the accuser entered the bus of her own free will and ‘left on good terms’.</p>

The woman alleges that drummer Lysejko groped her breast, making her feel uncomfortable, so she gestured to her friend that they should leave.<span class="zopo-title-text"><br />
</span>However, after she went to the bathroom, she was allegedly followed into the bathroom by the band members where she claimed she was raped against the sink.<br />
The woman’s friend alleges that she saw the alleged rape happen, and claims that she was left with bruising after being pushed to the floor by Piotrowski for refusing oral sex.<br />
Decapitated are one of the most celebrated death metal bands in music, cited as one of the best examples of technical death metal.</p>
