Lamora Williams, 24, was arrested following the death of her one and two-year-old sons Ja&#8217;karter and Keyante in Atlanta.<br />
The pair of toddlers were found dead at an apartment complex, Friday, October 13.<br />
After questioning, their mother Lamora Williams, told police she came home to find two of her children dead inside their Oakland City West End apartment in Atlanta around 11 p.m. Friday.<br />
Lamora Williams, has been charged her with two counts of murder after police disbelieved her story, insisting that she did not leave her kids with an adult supervision, and the children, may have died due to burns they sustained from a stove at the apartment.</p>

The errant mother, told police she came home to find two of her children dead inside their Oakland City West End apartment in Atlanta around 11 p.m. Friday, after leaving the children in the care of a female cousin, around 12 noon.insist she&#8217;s being lying all along.<br />
Skeptical neighbors told wsbtv that Williams lied about the events, claiming that the mother had left the boys ages, 2 and 1, home alone before.<br />
The two youngest boys are now dead, the 3-year-old was not hurt.<br />
Police said the children had obvious injuries, including burns.<br />
Their heartbroken dad said : “I ain’t got no soul no more.”<br />
Speaking at a vigil on Saturday night for the tragic brothers, Jameel Penn poured out his grief: &#8220;Ja’karter, Keyante, my world, my everything. I’m lost,&#8221; he said.</p>

Investigators say the smell, indicate the bodies may have been inside for a few days.</p>

Police spokesman John Chafee said they &#8220;do not believe the children&#8217;s mother left the boys with a caregiver&#8221;.<br />
Cops aid the children sustained burns possibly from the stove at their apartment.</p>

<p>Ashley Strange, a next-door neighbour who was in tears, said: &#8220;I treated those babies as if they were mine.<br />
&#8220;They didn&#8217;t deserve this at all.&#8221;<br />
Police found the boys at around 11.30pm when they responded to a person injured call.<br />
It is reported that an oven has been removed from the apartment as part of the investigation.</p>

<p>Lamra&#8217;s family sounding a different note blamed the state for the tragic death of the boys. Their grandmother, Brenda Williams,, said her daughter has struggled with mental health issues her whole life and got no help: &#8220;I just came from the jail, I also let them know, to put her on suicide watch because she’s gonna kill herself,&#8221; she said.<br />
Lamora&#8217;s sister, Tabitha Hollingsworth, believes the deaths of Ja&#8217;karter and Ke&#8217;yaunte Penn could have been prevented.<br />
&#8220;This was something we saw that could possibly happen. She&#8217;s had issues from a baby. Issues my mom tried to address with the state of Georgia,&#8221; Hollingsworth said.<br />
Williams was expected to be arraigned on the charges Monday, but she waived her first appearance in court.</p>
