Rachel Gonzales was charged with having an improper relationship between an educator and a student for the December 14 incident in Bay City, Texas

A Texas father allegedly caught his 13-year-old son having sex with a teacher in the back seat of a car that occurred on Thursday, December 14, 2017, in Bay City, Texas.
The pair allegedly been caught in the back seat of a vehicle by the 13-year-old victims father. The vehicle had been parked in a parking lot located in the 5200 block of Oak Manor Blvd.
During the investigation detectives found evidence indicating there was on going improper relationship between Gonzales and the boy, on the victim’s phone.
The 44-year-old Bay City High School teacher was arrested on December 22, 2017. She was booked into the Matagorda County Jail on charges of an Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student.

According to the Bay City Police Department, the boy’s father claimed to have caught the two in the back seat of a vehicle in a parking lot on 5200 block of Oak Manor Blvd.
The next day, the District Attorney asked for the Bay City Independent School District PD to turn over the case to Bay City police.
Upon investigation, local officials obtained the victim’s phone and found evidence supporting an improper relationship between the teen and the Bay City High School teacher.
In addition to the improper relationship charge, Gonzales was also booked on a charge of On-Line Solicitation of a minor. She is now out on bond.
