<p>A 52-year-old Florida man who owes more than $500,000 in child support has not been seen since he went paddleboarding in the Atlantic Ocean a week ago.<br />
Constantine Theoharis was due in court in Broward County on March 20, the same day that he disappeared.<br />
Theoharis a the licensed diver was due in court to speak to charges of not paying more than half a million dollars in child support, Fort Lauderdale police say.<br />
Aside of the fact of the missing man&#8217;s ease and familiarity on the water, according to his his family, the mystery deepens because nothing has turned up since. Neither the man nor his body, paddle board, his fins, mask or weight belt that a friend said are missing from his dive bag, have turned up.<br />
The <a href="http://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/broward/article207090079.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Miami Herald</a> reports that the court hearing was rescheduled for march 27, but he was a no-show again.<br />
The missing man was last seen near North Atlantic Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, cops say. He was on a blue paddleboard, padding northbound in the Atlantic.<br />
The divorced commercial real estate agent owes $549,000 in child support for his two daughters, according to court documents <a href="https://www.nbcmiami.com/news/local/Man-Disappeared-While-Paddleboarding-in-Ocean-Off-Fort-Lauderdale-478057463.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">seen by NBC6</a>.<br />
A lawyer for his former wife told the station that they have &#8220;no clue&#8221; where Theoharis is. His wallet and passport were found in his home, according to the Miami Herald.</p>

<p>His uncle, John Katsikas, remarked that his nephew Theoharis was an accomplished diver and boater and spent a lot of time on the water with his brothers.<br />
&#8220;They went out and got lobster all the time,&#8221; Katsikas told the station. &#8220;He’s a certified diver but didn’t take his tanks. We don’t know what happened to him.&#8221;<br />
Divorced since 2008, Theoharis and his ex-wife has been fighting him for child support for their two teenage children for the last five years. To date he is owing more than $549,000 in back child support, according to court documents.<br />
