<p>The body of ex-judge James “Skip” Scandirito, 74, was discovered on the abandoned Ocean Breeze Golf Club course, less than two miles from his home in Boca Raton Fla., on April 4, <a href="http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/crime/fl-pn-boca-raton-skip-scandirito-20180410-story.html">the Sun Sentinel reported</a>.<br />
Scandirito, 74, was reported missing on April 1 by his only child, real estate broker Jimmy Scandirito, 49. Now Palm Beach police the disgraced former Michigan judge, who stepped down from the bench because of lurid sex scandals that hounded him while in office, was slain by his own son.<br />

On Monday, Jimmy Scandirito Jr. was arrested 300 miles away from home by Alachua County sheriff’s deputies over a traffic violation. Deputies then discovered there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest back in Palm Beach. He is awaiting extradition to South Florida where he is facing charges relating to murder.</p>
