<p>A former Trump campaign spokesperson was accused of slipping an abortion pill into his pregnant girlfriend’s smoothie, sending her to the hospital and nearly causing her to go into a coma, according to court documents.<br />
With these allegations entered into the court record, Delgado is asking the court to order Miller, whom the filing says has “unsupervised time” with their child, to undergo a psychological evaluation.<br />
The filing says that she fears for her and the child’s safety.<br />
Jason Miller, who served on President Trump’s 2016 campaign and transition team, <a href="https://twitter.com/JasonMillerinDC/status/1043640644613414913">announced he was quitting his role as CNN political commentator</a> Saturday to “focus on clearing [his] name” and fighting the accusations detailed in recent court documents.<br />
The explosive court filings, <a href="https://splinternews.com/court-docs-allege-ex-trump-staffer-drugged-woman-he-got-1829233105">first reported by Splinter News</a>, allege that prior to Miller’s high-profile extramarital relationship with A.J. Delgado, another Trump campaign staffer, <a href="https://pagesix.com/2016/12/26/trump-staffer-allegedly-entangled-in-sex-scandal/">he had an affair with an unnamed woman</a> he met at Rachel’s Gentleman’s Club, an Orlando strip club.</p>

<p>According to the court documents, which were filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court on Sept. 14 and obtained by Splinter, the alleged relationship started in 2012, when Miller was working for prominent Republican ad firm Jamestown Associates.<br />
The filing alleges that Miller, <a href="https://twitter.com/JasonMillerinDC" target="_blank" rel="noopener">whose bio</a> states that he now works as managing director at Teneo Strategy and as a political commentator on CNN, brought clients to Rachel’s Gentleman’s Club in Orlando, where he met a dancer identified only as Jane Doe.<br />
According to the <a href="https://splinternews.com/court-docs-allege-ex-trump-staffer-drugged-woman-he-got-1829233105">Splinternews report</a>, the court filing alleges that Miller entered a sexual relationship with Doe, who Delgado claims in the filing became pregnant:</p>
<blockquote><p>Shortly thereafter, according to Joe Doe, Mr. Miller visited her at her apartment with a Smoothie beverage.<br />
Unbeknownst to Jane Doe, the Smoothie <strong>contained an abortion bill.</strong> [sic]<br />
The pill induced an abortion, and Jane Doe wound up in a hospital emergency room, bleeding heavily and nearly went into a coma.<br />
The unborn child died.<br />
Jane Doe herself was hospitalized for two days, the abortion pill possibly reacting with potential street drugs in her system at the time she drank the Smoothie.<br />
Upon leaving the hospital, a rightly enraged Jane Doe contacted the staffers of local politicians with whom Mr. Miller had been in attendance at Rachel’s the night they met.<br />
Mr. Miller then, in a panic, attempted to have Jane Doe sign a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”), presumably in exchange for a sum of money.</p></blockquote>
<p>Delgado reportedly confirmed the document’s authenticity to Splinter but declined to comment further. “I’m concerned for my safety [more importantly, my son’s] with Miller and afraid of his reaction if I add comment,” she said.<br />
In a statement to Splinter after this story was published, Miller through his legal team strongly disputed the claims made in the filing, saying: “To be clear, there is no validity to the false accusations made in Ms. Delgado’s filing.”<br />

<p>When the alleged relationship began in 2012 when Miller was working for the prominent Republican ad firm Jamestown Associates, the court documents state. Former Trump campaigner staffer, <a href="https://pagesix.com/2017/08/09/ex-trump-staffers-reveal-love-child-after-campaign-trail-sex-scandal/">A. J. Delgado conceived a son during an affair</a> Miller that began when she and married Miller were both working on the 2016 campaign.<br />
At the time, Miller’s wife was also pregnant with their second daughter.<br />
The court documents were filed September 14 in Miami-Dade Circuit Court as part of an ongoing custody battle between Miller and Delgado.<br />
With the allegations entered into court record, Delgado asked for Miller to undergo psychological evaluation, saying she fears for their son’s safety.<br />

In December of that year, President-elect Trump announced that he would be appointing Miller as his communications director, but Miller backed out two days later, saying he wanted to spend more time with his family.<br />
In a series of tweets Saturday, <a href="https://twitter.com/JasonMillerinDC/status/1043539165143552002">Miller decried the filing as false</a>, calling it part of Delgado’s “continuous attempts to smear me.” He accused Delgado of having mental and emotional issues and promised to clear his name and hold Delgado and Splinter accountable.</p>
