The unnamed woman carried out the killing at her home in Al Ain after her boyfriend of seven years said he was planning to marry someone else in Morocco, prosecutors say.<br />
Officers said she cut up his body and used a blender to mince her former partner&#8217;s remains before cooking and serving them to Pakistani workers near her home as machboos &#8211; a traditional Gulf dish of rice and meat similar to biryani.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">The National newspaper in Abu Dhabi says prosecutors in Al-Ain emirate say the woman was arrested on suspicion of killing her boyfriend of seven years after he told her of his plans to marry another from their country.<br />
The newspaper on Tuesday reported that the man was killed three months ago, but the crime only came to light recently after the man’s brother went looking for him and found a human tooth inside the woman’s blender.<br />
<em>The National</em> said that a DNA test on the tooth confirmed that it belonged to the victim. The woman reportedly confessed to killing the man in a moment of “insanity”.<br />
She allegedly confessed that a friend helped dispose of the body, and that some of the flesh was minced in the blender then cooked and served as machboos to nearby workers.<br />
The suspect said she wanted revenge on the man for dumping her after she had supported him financially for seven years.<br />
Police say the woman will face trial after a full investigation is complete.</p>
