Police have found a body buried at a Florida home where a man lived with his wife before she went missing and he was arrested over the murder of her parents and her brother.
Shelby John Nealy, 25, was arrested in Ohio on Thursday after fleeing in a car stolen from the home where his in-laws and their son were found dead on New Year’s Day.
His 21-year-old wife, Jamie Nicole Ivancic, is still missing in what police described as ‘suspicious circumstances’. The couple’s two young children, aged 2 and 3, have been recovered unharmed.

The bodies of Richard Louis Ivancic, 71, Laura Ann Ivancic, 59, 25-year-old Nicholas James Ivancic were discovered last week inside their mobile home in Tarpon Springs.
The Pasco Sheriff’s Office revealed late Sunday that their investigations into the murders had led to another body being uncovered at a home in nearby Port Richey.

The home is where Nealy and his wife Jamie had been living.
Police have not yet confirmed if the body found buried at the home belongs to Nealy’s missing wife.
At a press conference regarding her disappearance last week, Tarpon Springs Police Major Jeff Young said he feared Jamie, like her family, had become a victim of foul play.
Police started investigating the slayings after they were asked to conduct a welfare check on the Ivancic family on New Year’s Day by their other son who lives out of state.
The three bodies were found in a state of ‘advanced decomposition’.

Police have not revealed how they died but the killings likely happened December 19 or December 20.
The bodies of three small dogs also were discovered inside the trailer home.
Nealy was arrested after authorities were able to track a red 2013 Kia Sorento owned by Laura Ivancic to Ohio.
He was taken into custody after police spotted him leaving an apartment and walking towards the car. The couple’s two children were found safe inside the apartment.
They were taken to a family services agency.
