According to the report, Stringer allegedly paid the boys $10 each after they had oral sex for the first time.<br />
One of the boys told police he went back to Stringer&#8217;s apartment at least 10 more times to perform oral sex or penetrative sex.<br />
The report was uncovered following an ethics investigation into the sex-crime charges and released by the Arizona House of Representatives on Friday.<br />

Stringer&#8217;s resignation comes just four months after he resigned as chair of the Arizona House Sentencing and Recidivism Reform Committee after he was recorded telling a group of college students that black people &#8216;don&#8217;t blend in&#8217;.<br />
The politician first faced calls to resign from Republican Gov Doug Ducey and the state Republican Party chairman in June after he said that immigration had made integrating schools impossible.<br />
