a sheriff&&num;8217&semi;s deputy came across three fires in a rural area about a mile north of Oxford&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The deputy allegedly saw Hora stomping out flames of one of the fires near a parked pickup truck&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;He was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated&comma; and a butane torch was recovered from the back of his truck&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The following day&comma; Hora told investigators he had been patrolling the area for an arsonist when he found the fires&comma;
