Police file charges, launch manhunt seven months after truck driver killed couple on the way to their wedding – Driver Jaspreet Singh Chahal was talking on his cellphone and didn’t brake and by ramming into their SUV with his 18-wheeler

Joseph Kearney and Kathryn Schurtz died when the rig rear-ended their car on Nov 14, 2018, driving their SUV into another rig in a fiery pile up 
Kearney, 42, and Schurtz, 35, Bboth of Jersey City, NJ were crushed to death by the 18-wheeler as they were headed to their wedding in Pittsburgh, Pa
Driver Jaspreet Singh Chahal was on his cellphone and didn’t brake, Kearney and Schurtz were pronounced dead at the scene from crushing injuries 
He stayed at the scene of the crash but was not charged and a pain-staking investigation was launched
Now, seven months later, police have filed charges but they cannot Chahal as police say he was speaking to his sister at the time
The crash happened in Pennsylvania but Chahal is from California  
The couple were killed in a fiery chain-reaction crash in northern Berks County last November
