<div class="wp-caption-text featured"><span style="font-size: inherit;">A woman who was shot and killed in Maryland was married to two men at the simultaneously, one a famous Ghanaian actor and the other a major Baltimore drug kingpin, according to reports.<br />
The victim Greenbelt police said 44-year-old Bettie Jenifer of Bowie, Maryland left her office in the 6300 block of Ivy Lane about 5 p.m. on Friday and was walking to her car when a man armed with a handgun approached her.<br />

<figure id="attachment_13819555" class="wp-caption alignleft">It emerged over the weekend that she was married to both Chris Attoh, 39, a well-known actor and TV host in Ghana, and Kedrick Jenifer, once described by then-US Attorney Rod Rosenstein as a “major Baltimore drug dealer.”<br />
But while Kedrick, 47, has been serving a 20-year sentence for distributing at least 450 kilograms of cocaine in Baltimore and Virginia, his two-timing wife moved on.<br />
She and Attoh married in Ghana, last October after he divorced his first wife.<br />
Their marital bliss quickly faded, however, with Kedrick filing for divorce on April 9 and his wife also filing six days later, NBC reported, citing court records.<br />
“When it comes to relationships, remaining faithful is never an option but a priority,” <a href="https://twitter.com/chrisattoh/status/1126887542790459392">Attoh cryptically tweeted</a> just hours before his wife’s murder.<br />
Attorneys for the former couple declined the network’s requests for comment.<br />

“[Investigators] are aware of the tweets as well and that’s all part of the investigation,” Greenbelt police spokesman George Mathews <a href="https://wjla.com/news/local/somebody-wanted-her-dead-police-probe-shocking-greenbelt-shooting">told ABC7</a>.<br />
He said the gunman shot several times and hit Bettie twice, “once fatally in the head,” he told ABC7.<br />
“This happened in broad daylight, in front of multiple witnesses, right in front of an office complex,” Mathews added. “Somebody wanted her dead.”</figure>
