Police in Las Vegas have released shocking surveillance footage showing the moment a woman violently pushed an elderly passenger off a bus to his death as she now faces murder charges.  
Serge Fournier was reportedly telling the unruly woman on the bus to be nicer to other passengers after she was heard cursing when he was shoved off the vehicle and landed head first on the sidewalk. 
Video shows the 74-year-old being shoved down the steps of the public transit bus and smashing his face on the concrete ground.
In the CCTV clip taken from the bus’ security cameras, a woman can be seen talking to Fournier as he walked past carrying a walker and heading towards the door.

Police in Las Vegas have released shocking surveillance footage showing the moment a woman violently pushed an elderly passenger off a bus to his death as she now faces murder charges.

Cadesha Michelle Bishop was arrested on a murder warrant last Monday after he died in hospital of his injuries.
Bishop was allegedly yelling and swearing at others on the bus when Fournier reportedly asked her to stop during the March 21 incident at around 4.50pm. 
Fournier initially survived but spent a month in hospital before he succumbed to his injuries.  
Clark County coroner ruled his death was a homicide resulting from his injuries on April 23. 
A police report says Fournier was moving up the aisle of the Regional Transportation Commission bus when he asked a woman who had been cursing at other people to be nicer to passengers, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.  

In police documents Bishop is accused of shoving Fournier out the door ‘with enough force that he never touched any of the steps’ before hitting his head about eight feet from the bus. 
According to the arrest report, witnesses saw her walking away from the bus without offering Fournier help, grabbing her son’s hand and leading him away. 
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released footage of the altercation on Tuesday in an appeal for more witnesses to come forward. 
A judge ordered Bishop, 25, to be held on $100,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing of evidence May 21. 

Fournier reportedly told a woman later identified as 25-year-old Cadesha Bishop to stop shouting and cursing at fellow passengers as he walked down the aisle of the Regional Transportation Commission bus on March 2.
As Fournier grabbed his walker and turned to get off the Regional Transportation Commission bus in downtown Las Vegas, Bishop approached him from behind and shoved him with both hands, police wrote in an arrest warrant.
Fournier hit his head on a sidewalk during the incident and the Clark County coroner ruled his death a homicide resulting from his injuries a month later.

The force was strong enough that Fournier, who was found with a bloodied head, went airborne over the steps and was unable to stop the impact with his hands, police said.
He died April 23 in hospice care from complications from blunt force trauma to his torso, police said.
Fournier leaves behind a wife, who is disabled. 
‘I know it caused several financial problems for his wife,’ said Ken Mallen, who was familiar with the couple. 
His death was deemed a homicide, and Bishop was subsequently taken into custody Monday on a count of murder. She was being detained at the Clark County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
The incident occurred about 4:50 p.m. March 21 near 13th and Fremont streets, police said, and was caught on footage recorded by RTC.
After the push, Bishop grabbed her young boy’s hand and fled on foot, police said. She was in part identified by a “Love” emblem on her jacket and her son’s Spider-Man backpack, the Las Vegas Sun reports.
Police said she was seen in the security video, which has yet to be released, walking away holding the boy’s hand.
Police tried talking to her on Friday but could only find her son at school, where she would regularly pick him up, according to the warrant. He was hauling the same backpack caught on video.
Soon after, Bishop called detectives and agreed to meet with them, police said. She didn’t show up but was arrested three days later.
