<p>Sgt. Eva Pena, 37, was arrested at the chain’s store in Yonkers around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday after she was seen walking into a dressing room with merchandise and walking out without the items, court documents show.<br />
Pena, a cop in Bronx public housing who made $107,809 in 2018, according to the nonprofit Empire Center, then allegedly tried to walk out of the store without paying. She was stopped before she could leave and held for police.<br />
She’s accused of stealing a pair of Tommy Hilfiger pants, a beaded sweater, a Guess lace dress and three other Guess items worth a total of $359, court records show.</p>

<p>Security cameras recorded her taking the sales tags off the clothing and placing the items in her purse before she tried to leave the store, according to an internal NYPD report on her arrest.<br />
Yonkers Police Department officers arrested her on charges of petit larceny. She received a desk appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned on Sept. 6 in Yonkers City Court.<br />
