A suspected white supremacist has been arrested for allegedly planning to bomb a historic Colorado synagogue.  The self-proclaimed white supremacist was intent on blowing up the historic Temple Emanuel in Peublo, Colorado and poison congregants, federal officials said Monday.

Richard Holzer, 27, was arrested on Friday just moments after FBI undercover agents bought him what were supposedly two pipe bombs and dynamite to blow up Temple Emanuel in Pueblo.
The agents said Holzer described the explosives as ‘absolutely gorgeous’ and said they should go ahead with the attack overnight to avoid police.
Holzer is accused of planning the attack in what he called a ‘racial holy war’ to wipe the synagogue ‘off the map’.
Feds opened the investigation on Holzer after an undercover FBI agent purporting to be a woman who supports white supremacy contacted him on Facebook back in September.
He allegedly told the agent that he used to be a Ku Klux Klan member but he was now a skinhead.

Holzer feds said, claimed to have paid a Mexican cook to ‘hex and poison’ synagogue members by putting arsenic in the water pipes last year.
The FBI said they monitored his various Facebook accounts and found he had allegedly been speaking to multiple white supremacists about plans to attack Jewish groups.
Espousing his anti-Semitic sentiments, he told one Facebook user in September that ‘I wish the holocaust really did happen… they need to die’.
Holzer is scheduled to face court on Monday on one count of attempting to obstruct religious exercise by force using explosives and fire.
The Temple Emanuel synagogue is the second-oldest in Colorado and was completed in 1900.
