<p class="article__content article__content--intro">A British transplant, fitness fanatic Sarah Rutherford allegedly ran a &#8220;dial-a-dealer&#8221; drugs ring to flood Sydney, with cocaine, authorities in Australia said.<br />
Rutherford, 29, was reportedly arrested after police raided her home in Greenacre, New South Wales on Friday.<br />
Officers allegedly seized cocaine, mobile phones, drug paraphernalia and documents including prescription scripts.<br />

Police will allege Rutherford, originally from Bridgwater in Somerset, in the UK, led a drug delivery service across Sydney and supplied more than 300 grams of cocaine between September 2019 and February 2020.</p>

<p>Rutherford faces several drug-related charges including supplying prohibited drugs of a commercial quantity, as well as, knowingly and recklessly directing a criminal group assisting crime.<br />
Video footage of her arrest shows Rutherford handcuffed and shielding her face as she&#8217;d bundled into a police van.<br />

<p>The magistrate said at the hearing that: &#8220;There is an overwhelming Crown case.<br />
“A submission is made that the phone is found on her on December 6. There’s electronic recording of intercepted calls and other evidence.<br />
“When arrested, the phone was in her premises. This is not a case where there was one usage of a phone.<br />
“It is like painting a picture … and she is a principal artist … organizing the delivery of cocaine throughout Sydney by way of drivers, meeting with drivers, giving drugs to the drivers for delivery and taking money.”<br />
The arrest was part of Strike Force Delaven, which is part of the State Crime Command’s Drug and Firearms Squad.<br />
She is due back in Bankstown Local Court on April 23.</p>
