New Jersey were walking in the early hours of April 22 when Wilson and Wilfrid Cesaire&comma; pulled over to the side of the road and invited the juveniles into their car&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The alleged assaults took place at the Cesaires&&num;8217&semi; Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Gramiccioni said&period; &&num;8216&semi;There are predators who will obviously take advantage of any situation as it presents itself&period;&&num;8217&semi;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The Cesaire brothers have been charged with kidnapping&comma; sexual assault&comma; endangering the welfare of a child&comma; endangering another person and cruelty and neglect of children after they were arrested on Friday&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The ages of the victims have not been disclosed by the Monmouth County Prosecutor&&num;8217&semi;s Office&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;If convicted&comma;
