<p>A Texas man who allegedly <a href="https://knewz.com/full-coverage/bestiality-perv-guilty/">committed bestialit</a>y by forcing a little girl to copulate with a dog and who boasts a lengthy roster of crimes has pled guilty to animal cruelty, <a href="https://www.texomashomepage.com/news/local-news/man-accused-of-indecency-with-a-child-and-bestiality-pleads-guilty-to-killing-small-dog/">Texomas</a> reports.<br>23-year-old Matthew Miser will serve four years in prison in the plea arrangement on charges of animal cruelty.<br>This was the result of a plea bargain after the Wichita County man also killed a small dog, a mini Australian shepherd, in a Wichita Falls park. The dog apparently bit him.<br>Misner is back in Wichita County Jail awaiting transfer to prison after pleading guilty.<br>Days after the animal cruelty charge Miser was arrested for the second time for indecency with a child, bestiality involving a child in Clay County.<br>He is also facing charges for trying to evade arrest.</p>

<p>In July, when police went to arrest the suspect at a home in Wichita Falls, he tried to evade arrest by lying to the cops, insisting that he was not in fact Miser, <a href="https://www.timesrecordnews.com/story/news/local/2020/07/15/man-violent-past-charged-indecency-child-bestiality/5443604002/">Times Record News</a> reports.<br>“That’s not me,” he said, and then turned around and attempted to flee out of the backdoor. The officers caught him.<br>According to the Clay County warrants, in June 2019, detectives conducted a forensic interview with an 8-year-old girl. The child told them that the man later identified as Mathew Miser, sexually assaulted her at a residence in Clay County. &#8211; The suspect faced a charge of Bestiality with Child Under 18 after he forced the child to engage in sex with a dog.<br>Misner has since been held on a $201,000 bail, <a href="https://metro.co.uk/2020/07/16/serial-criminal-molested-girl-8-forced-sexual-activity-dog-13000694/">Metro</a> reported.<br>It turns out he has had a lifetime of walking on the other side of the law.
