false imprisonment and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment&period;&nbsp&semi;<br>Travis McMichael&&num;8217&semi;s attorneys&comma; Robert Rubin and Jason Sheffield&comma; wrote in court documents requesting bond that he lives with his parents&comma; nor does he look down on anyone based on race&comma; religion or beliefs&comma;&&num;8217&semi; Curt Hall&comma; a former Coast Guard roommate of Travis McMichael who described himself as &&num;8216&semi;multiracial&comma;&&num;8217&semi; wrote in a letter supporting bond for his friend&period;<br>Gregory McMichael&comma; 64&comma; is a retired investigator for the Brunswick Judicial Circuit district attorney&&num;8217&semi;s office and a former Glynn County police officer&period;&nbsp&semi;<br>The McMichaels&&num;8217&semi; attorneys also asked the judge to reject the indictment&&num;8217&semi;s malice murder charge&comma; saying it was written in a way that improperly &&num;8216&semi;charges two crimes in one count&period;&&num;8217&semi;&nbsp&semi;<br>They made a similar argument for dismissing a charge of criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment&period;<br>The third defendant&comma; William Bryan&comma; was previously denied bond&period; The trial date is yet to be set in the case&period;&nbsp&semi;<br><&sol;p>&NewLine;
