<p>A man arrested as a teenager and jailed for practicng as a doctor in Florida, without any qaulification has been re-arrested following his release from prison. <br>Malachi Love-Robinson, served nearly three years behind bars for his doctor scam before he was set free in September 2019. <br>Love-Robinson, now 23, was booked into Palm Beach County Jail on Thursday on charges of grand theft and fraud. <br>Love-Robinson served nearly three years behind bars for his doctor scam before he was set free in September 2019. <br>In his latest scam Investigators now assert that Love-Robinson defrauded the his current employers of more than $10,000. <br></p>

<p>According to <a rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story/news/crime/2021/01/01/new-arrest-malachi-love-robinson-teen-posed-doctor-went-prison/4108461001/?utm_campaign=snd-autopilot&;utm_source=twitter&;utm_medium=Social&;utm_campaign=ghf-palmbeach-main">The Palm Beach Post,</a> the company &#8211; United States of Freight -&#8216;serves as a broker, connecting shippers to transport companies for a fee&#8217;.<br>Customers are supposed to pay the company directly, who will then pass on a cut of the sale to the carrier. <br>However, Love-Robinson allegedly &#8216;created dummy accounts and directed five unwitting clients to pay directly into them&#8217;.<br>The business owner noticed the missing money and contacted authorities who opened an investigation. <br>The employee suspected of diverting the funds, Malachi Love-Robinson, has now been released on bond pending an upcoming appearance in court. <br></p>

<p>Back in 2016, Love-Robinson made headlines after he was charged with presenting himself as a medical doctor, setting up a clinic and pretending to practice medicine without a license. He was just 18 years old at the time. <br>Love-Robinson was illegally operating a medical practice, complete with an office, a lab coat and stethoscope<br>He was busted after an undercover police officer went to his office, The New Birth New Life Medical Center and complained of lethargy, sneezing and a sore throat.<br>He took the undercover officer&#8217;s temperature and also used a stethoscope to check her heart and lungs.<br>He then told the female cop that she was suffering from allergies and recommended she take an over-the-counter medication. <br>It was later learned that Love-Malachi also stole $35,000 from an elderly patient.</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">The young master imposter initially defended his actions in several interviews and claimed that he never told anyone he was a medical doctor.<br>However, he has claimed to have a PHD, but has never shown documentation or said what field it is in.<br>&#8216;There are many types of degrees out there that hold the title of doctor &#8211; whether they are physicists or engineers. Just because someone has the title of doctor in front of their name does not necessarily imply &#8220;MD&#8221;,&#8217; he told ABC.<br>However, he later pled guilty to grand theft and practicing medicine without a license and was jailed for three-and-a-half years. <br>The youngster has also previously done time in a Virginia prison for trying to buy a Lexus by using a fake earnings statement. </p>
