DNA testing matched the foot to Caddick&period;<br>The Australian Securities and Investments Commission says stole at least &dollar;10&period;1 million in invested funds from over 60 clients&comma; including family and friends&comma; DNA testing matched the foot found at Bournda beach&comma; 250 miles away&comma; to Caddick&period; Other bones and remains found on surrounding beaches did not belong to Caddick&comma; police said&period;
