<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A 34-year-old convicted drug dealer from Youngstown, Ohio is drawing attention for her “drop-dead gorgeous” mugshot following her conviction on multiple charges in a fatal overdose in the neighboring state of Pennsylvania.<br><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.crimeonline.com/2021/03/13/drop-dead-gorgeous-doper-busted-in-drug-death-of-mercer-co-woman/" target="_blank">Crime-Online</a> called attention to drug dealer Nicoletta Robinson’s mugshot following her conviction on numerous charges in the 2019 death of a 32-year-old woman from Mercer, Pennsylvania. <br>PA State Police said Robinson sold methadone, a powerful prescription painkiller, to Margaret McConnell on June 17, 2019. McConnell was found dead in her home June 23.<br>Jurors in Mercer County, Pennsylvania found Robinson guilty of delivering drugs that resulted in death, manufacture, or delivery with intent to manufacture, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, simple assault, and criminal use of a communication facility.<br>She has been ordered to remain under house arrest until she is sentenced at a later date. Prosecutors had requested the judge revoke Nicoletta Robinson’s bond, but were rebuffed by the judge who ordered the drug dealer to house arrest.<br>She is set to be sentenced on May 7.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Robinson <a href="https://www.wfmj.com/story/43491603/austintown-woman-convicted-of-providing-deadly-drug-in-mercer-county">was arrested</a>, in the case back in 2019. Investigators initially did not suspect foul play in the victim&#8217;s death. <br>Margaret &#8220;Maggie&#8221; R. McConnell, 32, passed away on June 23, 2019 after a &#8216;long illness,&#8217; according to her obituary. At the time, family and authorities di not suspect foul play in her death.<br>However, after further investigation, Robinson was linked to the drugs found in the dead woman&#8217;s body.<br>Pennsylvania State Police said their investigation discovered that the victim died of an apparent opioid overdose. Authorities determined Nicoletta Robinson was the drug dealer who supplied the fatal overdose narcotics.<br>The prosecution called an expert witness who testified that he believed McConnell had died from a methadone overdose. Prosecutors further argued Nicoletta Robinson had sold the powerful opioid methadone to Margaret McConnell.<br>Defense attorney Stanley T. Booker says the defense plans to appeal the case and argue methadone was not the contributing factor in McConnell’s death.<br>Under sentencing guidelines, Nicoletta Robinson faces a maximum of 51 and a half years in prison due to the various drug dealer convictions. She faces 10 to 20 years on the first-degree felony charge of drug delivery resulting in death, alone.</p>
