<p>Police say a man shot dead four people, including his parents, in a killing spree that spanned several hours before setting his apartment on fire and turning the gun on himself.<br>Joshua Green, 27, is accused of shooting up a Royal Farms ;convenience store in Essex, Maryland on Sunday leaving two people were dead and a third person was hospitalized with injuries.<br>Investigators are still piecing together a timeline of the killing spree. ;They were first alerted to the shootings when Green went to the ;Royal Farms store just before 7am on Sunday. ;</p>

<p>Police said he shot and killed Alpha Elizabeth who was sitting inside her car outside the store, ;<a rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.wbal.com/article/506694/124/2-dead-others-injured-in-essex-shooting-at-royal-farms">WBAL</a> ;reports.<br>At a press conference Monday, Police Chief Melissa Hyatt said Green drove to the Royal Farms and used his car to intentionally block in a woman who was sitting in her car. He then walked went to the woman&#8217;s window and shot and killed her. She has been identified as Alpha Smith, 62.<br>Police say Green then walked into the Royal Farms and approached the register, where he shot 43-year-old Silvesta Daye Jr., a store customer, killing him before turning the gun to 22-year-old employee Joshua Robinson, who was was shot in the leg. He is now in stable condition.<br>Detectives said Green left the store and set his apartment on fire. Police said officers later found his body outside his apartment complex, saying he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.</p>

<p>Detectives went to the Phoenix-area home of Green&#8217;s parents to identify him as the next-of-kin, where they found the two deceased. Both parents &#8212; Douglas Green, 58, and Olivia Green, 62 &#8212; appeared to have been shot, police said.<br>Detectives said all three incidents are connected and they are not searching for any additional suspects.<br>Police have not identified a motive.<br>Police say Green has no criminal record and that the gun recovered was legally purchased.<br>Detectives believe ;Green also shot and killed his parents, ;Olivia and Douglas Green, after they were found dead in their home in the hours after the ;convenience store shooting. ;<br>Green was found dead outside his own apartment building from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.<br>Police say he had set fire to his apartment before killing himself. ; ; ;</p>

<p>Detectives said late Sunday that all three shootings were connected and they were not looking for any additional suspects. ;<br>Royal Farms spokesperson Breahna Brown said the company had no immediate comment on the shooting at its store. ;Daniel Brennaman, 73, a neighbor who lives two doors down from the home where the bodies of Green&#8217;s parents were found, said he noticed a police cruiser and saw a photographer out in front of the house when he was walking his dog on Sunday evening.<br>&#8216;A storm blew through here and I thought it was a car accident around the corner,&#8217; he said. &#8216;I haven&#8217;t heard a thing.&#8217; ;<br>Brennaman said he has exchanged greetings and small talk with the husband and wife but couldn&#8217;t recall their names and didn&#8217;t know them personally.<br>&#8216;I wave at him from time to time. He&#8217;s always working in his yard,&#8217; he said.</p>
