<p>A man who deserted a bullet-ridden car with three dead bodies outside a hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Wednesday has been arrested in connection to what police are calling a triple-homicide.<br>Albuquerque Police Department SWAT team arrested Richard Kuykendall early Saturday morning. He was arrested on a federal warrant for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.<br>Police say they believe he was involved in a shooting that left three men dead Wednesday. <br>The shooting happened during a confrontation in northeast Albuquerque. Three men were shot inside a car and then that car was driven and left in a parking lot at Kaseman Hospital.<br>Richard Kuykendall has been charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition for his role, according to a criminal complaint filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for New Mexico. At this time the suspect is only facing the federal firearm charge.</p>

<p class="has-small-font-size"><strong>Security cameras captured the Albuquerque triple homicide on May 13</strong></p>



<p>Kuykendall, 41, also known as Sky, was captured on video on Wednesday walk into an Albuquerque alley around 2:40 p.m., according to prosecutors. A Chevy was seen pulling into the alley. Kuykendall attempted to get in. Instead, someone inside the car fired several shots at him.<br>He survived, then got into the back seat. He got of the vehicle several seconds later and walked toward a dumpster, then got back into the driver’s seat “on top of the driver” and drove to Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital, police said.<br>Upon arriving at the hospital, Kuykendall took his shirt off, told a security guard there were “three dead guys in the Chevy” and left, according to the criminal complaint.</p>

<p>Police found a Beretta 9mm pistol in the dumpster in the alley, as well as a loaded pistol under the driver’s seat in the Chevy, an empty pistol on the back seat and multiple spent shell casings throughout the car.Two of the three victims have been identified as Brandon Torres, 44, and James Fisher, 41. <br>Police linked the victims, along with Kuykendall, to a white supremacist prison gang. Based on the tattoos on Kuykendall and the three dead men, prosecutors believe all four have an “apparent association” to the Aryan Brotherhood, according to the criminal complaint.<br>“Members on the street are required to remain loyal to the [Brotherhood] and to work to further the goals of the [Brotherhood] while in the community,” FBI Special Agent Bryan Acee wrote in the complaint. <br>“Members are required to follow all orders of high ranking members. In particular, members are required, when ordered, to kill without hesitation.”<br>Special Agent Acee wrote that he does not believe that Kuykendall killed all three men, but that he “may be responsible” for at least one death.<br>Kuykendall has a lengthy rap sheet, with at least 35 arrests in New Mexico and Massachusetts, including assault and battery of a family member, forgery, identity theft, larceny and assault with a baseball bat.</p>
