52&comma; attempted to pull over Robert Langley around 1&colon;30 a&period;m&period; Sunday after he blew through a stop sign&period;<br>The probable cause affidavit from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division states that Langley&comma; 46&comma; fled and led Dollard on a car chase as fast as 100 mph&comma; heading onto the highway in Georgetown County&period; <br>About six minutes and eight miles after the chase began&comma; Langley drove into a ditch&comma; then got out of the car through the front passenger door&comma; according to officials&period;<br>Officer Dollard fired once at the emerging figure&comma; hitting Langley in the chest&period; He was taken to Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital and pronounced dead&period; and according to her training history she was terminated from two of those departments<br>According to that training history from the state Criminal Justice Academy&comma; Dollard had joined the Hemingway Police Department five months ago&comma; In that personnel change in status report&comma; then Director of Public Safety Leroy Smith says she violated multiple policies including willful violation of rules&comma; improper conduct unbecoming of a state employee and negligence in the performance of duty&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
