<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A New York woman has been arrested and charged with sex trafficking Spanish-speaking immigrants in the Bronx and nearby Westchester County for over a decade. Feds believe the scam operated led by Ysenni Gomez targeted &#8216;hundreds&#8217; of victims in the past 10 years. <br>Gomez, 39, was placed in custody on August 12 and charged with trafficking women in the Bronx and Westchester County. <br>The flesh peddler would allegedly post bogus job ads online, on platforms such as Facebook, Bedpage.com, and MegaPersonals.com in a bid to lure women into &#8216;waitressing&#8217; jobs in Manhattan. <br>According to the FBI, the bait would specifically target Spanish-speaking illegal migrants in those advertisements. <br>One victim &#8211; an undocumented Venezuelan migrant &#8211; who cooperated with feds to snare Gomez, said she was told there was no job instead, she was forced her into having sex with men. <br>Gomez she said, threatened to call the feds and have her deported. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The FBI allege that, Gomez would corner her victims, like the whistle blower by ordering them to get in a car. <br>This particular victim claimed she spent the next weeks forced into sex work, having to service three men a night for three nights a week. She was forced to service both “regular” and “VIP” clients, the complaint states, who paid $200 and up to $700 for each encounter. <br>Federal authorities discovered over 1,600 advertisements connected to Gomez promoting prostitution dating back a decade. <br>She would run cover by using aliases, such as &#8216;Ysenni Peguero&#8217; and &#8216;Carolina,&#8217; as well as the phony business name &#8216;Chicas Express.&#8217; </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The FBI is asking anyone with information or who may have been a victim to contact the bureau. <br>FBI Supervisory Special Agent Brendan Kenny <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://nypost.com/2022/08/30/nyc-sex-trafficker-could-have-hundreds-of-victims-fbi/" target="_blank">said</a>: &#8216;We believe there are likely many more victims. This operation could have been going on for as many as 10 years.&#8217; <br>Authorities found Gomez earlier in August through a sting operation. An undercover officer responded to an ad on Bedpage.com that had a photo of a nearly naked woman on all fours and advertised, “Yonkers kitty cat available to tease outcall-23.” The undercover agreed to meet the prostitute associated with the ad at a Tarrytown hotel the following afternoon. <br>Officers who were in place at the hotel saw Gomez drop off the victim after she drove up in her black Infiniti SUV, according to the complaint. After the undercover briefly spoke with the victim through Google Translate, Gomez was arrested. <br>Kenney says the FBI is trying to uncover if there are other traffickers involved in Gomez&#8217;s operation. </p>
