<p>Police have arrested a man on suspicion of attempting to abduct a bikini-clad barista at Beankini Espresso, in Auburn, Washington, through a drive-thru window. Beankini Espresso is a female-owned business that serves coffee and espresso through a drive-thru window and the dress code for the female employees in minimal.<br>The suspect, who has not been publicly identified, was arrested at 11am on Tuesday, at his home in Auburn, Washington.<br>Investigators were able to search his vehicle and found evidence linking him to the scene, as well as spotting his unique &#8216;Chevrolet’ tattoo on his left forearm.<br>The driver of the Chevy Silverado will remain in police custody and has yet to be officially charged with anything.</p>

<p>Video surveillance shows the man pulling up to the window in a truck around 5am on Monday at the Beankini Espresso Auburn, a drive-thru coffee shop located in a suburb near Seattle. The bikini-clad baristas are part of the attraction of the coffee shop.<br>The shop is equipped with a silent panic button, metal doors and surveillance cameras. Staff are also allowed to have mace and tasers.</p>

<p>Surveillance cameras at the Drive-thru shows the alleged kidnapper grabbing the arm of the barista as she tried to hand him some cash through the window of his car.<br>The barista is seen handing the suspect cash back before he rips out zip ties and attempts to drag her through the drive-thru window. <br>The victim believes the incident was a ‘random act’. She added that she had worked at the company for nine years, and it is female-owned and puts employee safety first.</p>

<p>Auburn Police Department spokesperson Kolby Crossley said: &#8216;They are in vulnerable positions because they’re usually controlling those spots by themselves at early hours in the morning when it’s dark outside. <br>‘But this barista did an awesome job of protecting herself and fighting this person off.’<br>Authorities added that they arrested the suspect after ‘overwhelming support from the community.’<br>In the surveillance footage, the suspect is seen grabbing the woman&#8217;s arm with one hand while holding a looped zip tie device in the other &#8211; before he attempts to drag the victim out of the window.</p>

We are allowed to refuse service to anyone for any reason.’</p>

<p>On Monday morning, when the incident occurred, she said the man ordered a drink and paid for it before requesting change for a $5 bill.<br>When she went back to give him the five one-dollar bills, he grabbed her. She and her colleagues had never seen him before.</p>
