<p>The body of a missing mom-of-two from Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, was found in a shallow grave less than two miles away from her home, 15 days after she was reported missing. <br>Jennifer Brown was discovered, partially buried under a staircase behind a warehouse in Royersford &#8211; about 30 miles outside of Philadelphia.<br>Brown, 43, was reported missing after she failed to pick up her eight-year-old son Noah, from the bus stop on January 3. People who know the doting mom ones said she would&#8217;ve never intentionally left him.<br>on Wednesday night, her body was found wrapped in plastic bringing an end to the extensive search, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele. <br>The cause of death has not been determined.<br>&#8216;We hoped and prayed that she would be safe and she is not,&#8217; Steele said. </p>

<p>Authorities have not announced any suspects, or arrests in the case. <br>Neighbors say Brown was seen outside her home with a friend and associate, Antonio Watts-Richardson, on Stratford Lane the day she went missing and did not notice anything out of the ordinary. <br>While stating that he was with Brown the day she disappeared, Watts-Richardson debunked claims that he had anything to do with it. <br>He also said that it was unlike Brown to leave her son who was always by her side. <br>When Brown failed to pick Noah up, Watts-Richardson took him home for a sleepover.<br>&#8216;I put Noah on the bus the next day,&#8217; he told <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/local/police-search-through-wooded-area-in-connection-to-missing-mom-sources-say/3476171/" target="_blank">NBC10. </a></p>

<p>Brown, who was described as a &#8216;helicopter mom&#8217;, never called to check-in. She also had a 20-year-old son.<br>Watts-Richardson debunked theories that he may of had a part in her disappearance and claimed the two had a plan to open a restaurant.<br>&#8216;I have nothing to do with anything,&#8217; he told the news outlet. &#8216;Just because I’m the last person to see her, that does not mean anything.&#8217;</p>

<p>He continued: &#8216;It seems like I’m being the one poked at. And it’s frustrating because I’m the first person that was the one calling the police, trying to kick down windows. Trying to find my friend. Trying to make sure her son is covered.&#8217;<br>Friends said it was unlike Brown to leave without her son who was always by her side.<br>When investigators arrived at Brown&#8217;s home earlier this month, they found her vehicle parked outside with her keys, wallet, purse, and work cell phone still inside.<br>Brown&#8217;s personal cell phone was nowhere to be found and is still missing. It has not been used since she disappeared.</p>

<p>The victim&#8217;s family offered a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to her being found but it is unclear if it has been awarded. <br>Family members mourned her on social media on Wednesday as the search was called off. <br>&#8216;I am saddened to share the news that Jennifer Brown was found this evening, deceased. Our hearts are broken,&#8217; Holly Baird, Brown&#8217;s cousin, wrote.<br>&#8216;I thank all of you for your support during the past few weeks. No one could ever be prepared enough for this news.&#8217;<br>Loved one&#8217;s initially set up a GoFundMe to find Brown that received about $7,000 in donations. <br>Now, the family said the donations will go toward supporting Brown&#8217;s son.</p>
