<p>A 15-year-old girl is charged with starting a fatal blaze at a Bronx boarding house that killed a man and injured two others.<br>The girl had a dispute with someone living in the rooming house but not with the man who died in the blaze, cops said. Police sources describe the suspect as a chronic runaway who lives in in Canandaigua, a small town near Rochester. <br>Police identified the victim Sunday as 27-year-old Abdoukarim Sakolly.<br>The suspect was busted Saturday in Midtown<a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/ny-one-dead-suspicious-bronx-fire-20230129-n32q4iku3re6flma7oncd2waia-story.html" target="_blank">.</a> She’s charged with murder, assault, arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief for the Jan. 29 blaze. Her name was not released by the NYPD because she’s a juvenile.<br>Cops said residents of the building spotted her in Midtown and contacted police.</p>

<p>The teen was caught on surveillance footage walking into the illegally converted rooming house on Evergreen Ave. near Westchester Ave. in Soundview, New York.<br>She had a bottle in her hand when she entered but left the building without it about 1:55 p.m., surveillance footage shows. Investigators believe she used an accelerant to light the blaze, which ripped through the two-story house.<br></p>

<p>The blaze spread to an adjoining building before over 100 firefighters could put it out. Two men, ages 30 and 32, suffered burns and smoke inhalation but were able to escape the burning house.<br>Neighbors described the dilapidated building as a rat-infested crack den.<br>Records indicate the house should have been unoccupied. The city Department of Buildings issued a full vacate order in 2018. Instead, it was operating as an illegal rooming house, records show.</p>
