high profile stars the lawyer said she was pursuing &&num;8211&semi; and were secured by various forms of collateral put up by King&comma; including but not limited to luxury automobiles&comma; boats&comma; yachts&comma; jewelry&comma; watches&comma; precious metal coins&comma; and the earnings from guaranteed sports contracts&period;<br>However&comma; in reality according to the lawsuit no such collateral was ever put up&period; The defendant even went a step further&comma; to fabricate the existence of the third-party borrowers altogether&comma; as well as the several six-figure deals associated with them&period;<br>The lawsuit alleges that instead&comma; who has since fled the country to Morocco&comma; is cooperating with them and he has provided gaming records of their time at the resort&period; <br>Attorney wrote that that the fact that King&&num;8217&semi;s ex&comma; who split with the lawyer last year&comma; substantiates their belief that King engaged in instances of fraud against the now defunct company&comma; which lost its status as a finance lender in April 2022&period;<br>This means the company was unlicensed to engage in several of the allegedly fraudulent transactions carried out by King over the aforementioned six months&period;<br>The timeline also more or less coincides with the period King is said to have sustained herself with the millions of dollars in company funds&period;<br>&&num;8216&semi;King spent the majority of the funds loaned by Plaintiff to King Lending to gamble in Las Vegas&comma; fund an extravagant lifestyle&comma; and for other personal uses by King&comma;&&num;8217&semi; the filing alleges&period;<br>&&num;8216&semi;Plaintiff is informed and believes that King moved into the Wynn Las Vegas resort and hotel&comma; as well as the high-value assets she put up to secure them &&num;8211&semi; more often than not luxury items such as designer handbags&comma; jewelry&comma; and a collectible comic book valued at &dollar;25&comma;000&period;<br>Other items allegedly made up by King included a &dollar;400&comma;000 Tiara F44 yacht&comma; and a &dollar;450&comma;000 1961 Aston Martin&period; Lawyers said King has never been in possession of those things&period;<br>Additionally&comma; the lawsuit states that several of the 97 loans were to be backed by guaranteed contracts garnered from professional athletes &&num;8211&semi; hailing from high-profile leagues leagues such as the NFL&comma; MLB&comma; NHL&comma; and MLS&period;<br>Lawyers contend that these contracts were also fabricated by King&comma; who provided proof of her supposed connections to athletes in these leagues by sending LDR staffers photos of her schmoozing with stars and high-profile players&period;<br>One photo included in the lawsuit shows King posing with quarterbacks Allen&comma; lawyers write&period; <br>Attorneys said that King has been in contact with them with promises to pay them back &&num;8211&semi; but has no money and has been attempting to secure more loans to presumably continue to her alleged binge&period;<br>A cooperating witness spotted King gambling at another casino on the strip Thursday&comma; the suit charges&period; <br>&&num;8216&semi;King has recently provided evidence she only has &dollar;11&period;98 to her name&comma;&&num;8217&semi; the lawsuit says&period; <br>&&num;8216&semi;King&comma; in an email sent on February 9&comma; 2023&comma; is still asking Plaintiff and its principal for more money so she can try and make back the money she has stolen&period;<br>&&num;8216&semi;As of February 9&comma; 2023&comma; King also is still sending fake deals to the Plaintiff and or its agents&period; King claims she has spent all of the funds and has no money left to her name&period; King also is crossing state lines to engage in further frauds&period;&&num;8217&semi;<br>A future court date has not been set but she has 20 days to file an official response to the complaints&comma; or face a warrant for her arrest&period; <&sol;p>&NewLine;
