<p>A Texas trucker killed a Seattle podcast host he had been stalking and her husband early Friday morning after climbing through a window of their $1.6million suburban home.<br>Redmond Police say Zohreh Sadeghi, 33, was shot and killed by trucker Ramin Khodakaramrezaei, 38, last night. <br>Sadeghi&#8217;s husband, Mohammed Naseri, a 35-year-old software engineer, was also killed. </p>

<p>Police say Khodakaramrezaei was a listener and became so obsessed with her, sending her flowers, a neck scarf and a barrage of messages. <br>The stalker&#8217;s first contact with Sadeghi was through a podcast about finding work in the tech industry. He became so obsessed with her that she had to file a restraining order against him<br>According to court records, the pair met in person in 2022, but she hid some of the interaction from her husband. <br>As the &#8216;friendship&#8217; turned sinister, she resorted to begging him to leave her alone.</p>

<p>In a petition filed in February last month she, she stated: &#8216;He has bursts of anger and is completely delusional. <br>&#8216;These delusions make me fear for my life and the lives of my loved ones.&#8217; <br>She told police how he&#8217;d shown up at their home uninvited, delivering flowers and even once promising to send a musical band to play outside. <br>&#8216;He contacted my husband and continues to do so. He has come to my neighborhood several times, staying at inns around my neighborhood, he has parked down my street in hopes of seeing me. <br>&#8216;I am suffering a deep-seated fear for my safety,&#8217; she said. <br>She included call logs which demonstrate the relentless barrage of phone calls and messages left.<br> He would sometimes sometimes park down the street in the hope of catching a glimpse of her, Sadeghi , and told police. Disturbingly, he would stay in local inns near the property. </p>

<p>At 2am on Friday, the trucker broke into the home in Redmond, Washington, shot her and her husband before turning his gun on himself.<br>It&#8217;s unclear whether he was in the area or if he drove from Texas to Washington to launch the attack. <br>Police <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.q13fox.com/news/stalker-from-texas-kills-podcaster-and-her-husband-in-their-washington-home-police-say" target="_blank">said</a> the suspect broke a window to get inside the home, and the woman&#8217;s mother fought the suspect, escaped and ran over to the neighbor’s house to call for help.</p>

<p>Processing the criminal complaint filed a week ago, the couple&#8217;s lawyer told a judge last week he wasn’t sure whether Khodakaramrezaei owned weapons but believed he might.<br>The court granted a temporary order of protection and an order for Khodakaramrezaei to surrender his weapons.<br>Authorities were preparing to serve him with the restraining order, but were having trouble locating him. <br>The suspect according to Texas court records, is survived by a 7-year-old daughter who is living with his ex-wife.</p>
